These are the supplements that I think will work: Vitamin D 3 (100 - 200 IU daily - 3 -4 times daily). Vitamin D can protect against sunburn and other sun-related conditions. It also protects against skin cancer. Vitamin D 3 works well if you already have sufficient levels of Vitamin D. Many people in the US don't have enough Vitamin D. They should take vitamin D 3 every morning. This supplements has a half-life of about 7 days so it can last a while in the body. This is the best way to get enough Vitamin D. Vitamin K is also important to our health and it is not included in this supplement. It also helps to maintain the skin on the body. Vitamin B-12 is important for our bone health. It is good to take vitamin B-12 every day.
