When I was a mom for the first time I saw that I needed to make time to be with my daughter and watch her grow up. That’s where I learned about meal prep. It’s a method in which the week’s meal is cooked in just one afternoon.
This, together with the healthy habits that I was already wearing, made me lose more weight, keep it off later and also gain extra time in the day to day by not having to cook so many times.

I like to spend time alone to take care of myself inside: meditation, reading, dreaming.
→ For years I saved clothes for when I lost weight. When I decided to throw it away is when the numbers on the scale started to drop.

→ I don’t know how to pretend, if I don’t like something or someone I don’t like, you can tell.
